Abstract:

To improve the management of pump station, the structure, functions, software and hardware of the computer monitoring system for Taipuhe pump station is introduced. The configuration screens of the system are presented, and the procedures of automatic full-step starting-up and shut-down of the pumps are analyzed. Main points for the maintenance of the system are proposed. This hierarchical system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) has comprehensive functions, complete control objects, friendly human-machine interface, and is highly reliable and timely, hence meets the requirements of intelligent and remote management of pump station.
