摘要: 在移动互联网时代,人们对基于位置服务(Loacation-Based Service,LBS)的需求与日俱增,对于水利行业的从业人员来说也不例外。对水利行业的移动地理信息系统(Mobile GIS)移动端应用软件(Application,简称App)的开发进行总结,内容包括:移动GIS的概念、移动GIS相较于传统桌面级GIS的特点和结构体系的介绍;面向水利业务的移动GIS应用软件的需求分析;移动GIS移动端应用软件的3种典型开发模式(本地Native、网络Web、混合Hybrid)探讨;最后通过对若干水利移动GIS的开发实例进行介绍与比较,并结合云计算、物联网等新技术趋势,对未来移动水利GIS可能实现的功能进行了展望。

Abstract: The age of mobile Internet witnesses an increasing demand of Location-Based Service, especially in water conservancy sector. An overview of current status of mobile GIS application development in water conservancy sector of China is given in aspects of the definition, specialty and system architecture of mobile GIS, software demands in water conservancy sector, and typical software architecture of mobile GIS application (Native, Web and Hybrid). Furthermore, practical cases of mobile GIS App development in China are introduced, and finally the outlook of possible implementation of mobile GIS application for water conservancy sector in the future is discussed with new technologies such as cloud computing and internet of things(IOT).
