Abstract: The situation of project’s safe construction is still severe, and the safety supervision is affected by non-standard construction environment. In view of this, we insist that safety supervision should be carried out scientifically in strict procedures and standards with concentrated attention, and in the meantime, the awareness on safety control should be strengthened, the comprehensive and technical qualification of supervisors should be improved. We then give several practice examples of selecting measures and methods of supervision by establishing safety management system and conducting risk analysis. On the basis of improving supervision methods, the essence of safety supervision is to strengthen the education on safety construction, to polish on every detail and correct every deficiency in time. Methods introduced in the examples could be taken as reference for the safety supervision of other projects.
