摘要

空间信息技术已经在水利行业得到了广泛应用,为满足流域水政执法工作的实际需要,采用多时相高分辨率遥感影像,研究并建立了遥感动态监测系统,应用于流域水政监察工作。系统主要包括数据收集和整理、数据处理、专题信息提取和数据服务等关键模块。选择典型区域对该遥感动态监测方法的有效性进行验证,应用结果表明遥感动态监测方法在流域水政执法工作中具有覆盖范围广、快速、主动等特点,能够作为一种可靠的信息手段,辅助流域水政执法工作。

Abstract

Spatial information technology has been widely applied in water resources sector. To meet the actual requirement of water administration supervision, an active remote sensing monitoring system is established using multi-temporal high-resolution remote sensing image. The system consists of data collection and reduction, data processing, thematic information extraction and data service modules. Typical area is selected as experimental area to test the effectiveness of this system and the results prove that the remote sensing monitoring system is rapid, active, and covers wide range. It is reliable and can be used to support water administration supervision work in river basins.
