Abstract: Aiming at the problem of pouring concrete in the base restrained area of TGP spi l lway in summer,taking section No.1 of spillway dam as typical illustration,the temperature field and temperature stress of the concrete are calculated by simul ating process of construction.Through analysis of the calculated results,some su gge stions are proposed from the viewpoint of basic temperature difference and tempe rature stress.
