Abstract: Information management of scientific research result s is the fundamental work in building YRSRI's MIS system.After having analysed t he software's demand and the feasibility,the auothors of the system integrated t he historical data,constructed the main database,and fulfilled the design of fun ction and program by using Dephi.The data assembly process and the basic frame o f MIS of YRSRI on scientific research results was established.
