摘要: 以石窑店煤矿拦渣坝为例,应用有限元强度折减法原理,结合数值仿真分析方法,从拦渣坝力学稳定和受力破环的角度,按坝体仅受自重和坝体受设计堆渣量压力作用下两种工况,应用有限元软件对石窑店煤矿拦渣坝坝体的应力场和位移场进行了稳定性仿真分析,得出拦渣坝相应的安全系数分别为2.24和1.39;给出了坝体受设计堆渣量压力作用下,强度参数折减1.39,坝坡濒临破坏时的最大应力和位移分布区域。研究结果能为拦渣坝的安全稳定设计提供参考依据。

Abstract: With the Shiyaodian Coal Mining Dam as an example, the FEM strength reduction theory combining with numerical simulation analysis is applied. In consideration of the dams mechanical stabilization and dam destruction by stress, the Shiyaodian Coal Mining Dams stress fields and displacement fields are analyzed by the finite element software in two conditions. One is the dam only exerted by the effect of gravity,the other by slags pressure under the condition of designed amount of slags and the safety factors are 2.24,1.39 ?respectively. When the strength parameters of the slope are reduced by 1.39 and the dam is in the state of damage, the maximum stress and displacement fields are obtained, which can provide a reliable evidence for safe operation of the dam.
