国外土坝溃坝模拟综述

摘要: 溃坝的速度和程度决定了溃坝洪水的大小及其传播速度,因而对受灾的程度和范围影响巨大。溃坝模型可以模拟溃坝过程,预测溃坝洪水过程线,对防灾减灾有着重要意义。对国外40年来出现的土坝溃坝模型进行了分类和总结,分析了其各自特点;对一种新的土坝溃坝机理进行了介绍和分析;并为模型今后的发展提出了建议。

Abstract: The magnitude and extent of damage caused by a dam-break depends heavily on the dam-breaking rate and degree, which determines the breach outflow and its spreading speed downstream. Due to the capability for simulating dam-break and predicting flood hydrograph, a dam-break model is of tremendous importance to the disaster control and reduction. The earth-dam-break models developed abroad in the recent forty years are classified and summarized; their characteristics are analyzed. A new mechanism for earth-breaking is also introduced and analyzed. Recommendations for the model future development are proposed.
