Abstract: By mixing stone powder with 16%, 20% and 24% of content rate respectively, the influence of different stone powder contents on fresh concrete, mechanical properties and durability of RCC are studied. The results are compared with those of RCC with 11.5% stone powder. The research results are summarized as follows: The value VC increases and air content decreases with the increase of the mixed stone powder content. Meanwhile, the interstices in RCC can be filled which will result in higher volume weight and more compact concrete. While the stone powder content increases, the permeability coefficient will be abated. When the powder content exceeds 16%, the permeability coefficient comes to a constant. The prime range of powder content is between 16%-20%, which leads to the higher compressive strength. While the content exceeds 20%, the compressive strength of RCC decreases with the increase of powder content.
