Abstract: With the development of the electric automation technology, higher requirements on supervisory control system for substation are presented. This article describes the requirement of system function and then puts in a scheme of supervisory control system based on the embedded Ethernet technology. And the related technological problems, such as the system network structure, network security, video frequency, and supervisory control interlock etc., are discussed. The proposed scheme has been verified in a practical project.
