Abstract: Greysystem theory is introduced briefly, and the predicting model is set up in the basis of all kinds of tech-economic coefficients obtained in one typical resettlement area. The corresponding assessment on sustanable development of the immigration resettlement area in the flood control project is proposed and is essentially consistent with the practice result.
