Abstract: Through study on Goupitang Project on the Wujiang River, the velocity field and the pressure field of impinging jets in the water cushion pool have been numerically simulated using 2D large eddy method， and the simulation results have been compared with experimental data.It is found that the calculated data are in primary agreement with the test values.
