Abstract: For understanding the stress state of locked anchorbars at the top of TGP perm anent lock's vertical slope,and effectively evaluating their construction quali ties and anchoring effects,several anchor stress meters were located at partial locked anchorbars,and monitoring were practised. The monitoring results of str esses measured from anchorbars showed that anchoring effects of anchorbars a re obvious,the deformation of permanent lock's vertical slope basically tends t owards stability
