Abstract: Power electron device plays an important role in the development of inverter.A self switch off and intelligent device used in the po wer electron device have been produced.The inverter consisting of power electron device is economical,safe,fast,small in volume and high accurate.The inverter i n this system consists of IGBT.The SPWM is adopted.This paper introduces the bas ic structure of three phase SPWM inverter and the desigh of the prime circuit,pa rallel buffer and drive circuit.The results show that the adjustment of the syst em is facile and its performance is of high quality. 
