Abstract:

The main factors inducing mountain torrent were classified into two types: stable factors which have relative stable role in the mountain torrent development, and complex factors which vary greatly before and after the earthquake. The distribution patterns of different factors were mapped and the impact degree of each factor on disaster pattern was quantified by using stepwise regression and AHP. Finally, the diagram of risk distribution of mountain torrent debris flow in the seismic area was obtained by using overlay analysis function of ArcGIS. The assessment system of this study is demonstrated to be well applicable compared with previous similar research results. It could be intuitional reference for the prevention of mountain torrent debris flows in seismic area.
