Abstract:  Based on the in depth knowledge of earth rock work allocation methods and characteristics in practical projects, the authors analyze the problems and defects in the existing allocation models, and from the viewpoint of physical process simulation, the complicated network model constituted by excavation, filling, transshipment , discarding dross, mining, road-transport, etc. has been abstracted and simplified. Then the model has been converted into several groups of basic models named “ Object-Road-Object ”, which have unified attributes and permutation and interrelation according to certain rules. By using realtime parameter detection, the corresponding simulation control methods have been set up. These methods greatly simplify the modeling and analyzing process of the traditional models. Through using feedback control and loop optimization methods, a dynamic simulation model of earth  rock work allocation which meets the requirements of global optimization and local adaptation has been established. In this paper, at last, through the analysis on the example of real project, the feasibility and superiority of the model are confirmed.
