分级加载下炭质板岩蠕变特性的试验研究

Creep Behavior of Carbonaceous Slate under Stepwise Loading

摘要: 蠕变特性是岩石类材料的重要力学性质之一,与岩石工程的长期稳定和安全密切相关。为了解炭质板岩的蠕变特性,采用RLW-1000岩石流变试验机进行了单轴压缩蠕变试验。选用广义Kelvin模型、Burgers模型及FC元件组合模型进行了参数拟合分析。分析表明:板岩在低应力水平下,FC元件组合模型拟合效果较好,而在高应力水平下Burgers模型拟合结果优于其余2种模型。总体来讲,不论应力水平的高低,Burgers模型能够较好地反映炭质板岩的蠕变特性。同时,对不同应力水平下的蠕变曲线进行参数拟合,发现黏滞系数在较低应力水平下随时间而增大,而在较高加载应力下随时间显著减小,表现为应力水平和时间的函数,研究成果可为进一步了解该岩石的蠕变特性提供模型参数和设计依据。

Abstract: Creep behavior is one of the important mechanical properties of rock material, and is closely related with the long-term stability and safety of rock engineering. To investigate the creep characteristics of Carbonaceous slate, uniaxial creep tests under different stress levels were carried out on RLW-1000 rheology testing machine. The creep test result was analyzed by using generalized Kelvin model, Burgers model and FC (function component) assembly model. The results showed that FC model had good fitting results in low stress level, while in high stress level, Burgers model had better fitting results than the other two models. In general, Burgers model could effectively reflect the creep characteristics of carbonaceous slate in all stress levels. Moreover, parameter fitting results in different stress levels indicated that the viscous coefficient increased along with the time development in low stress level, and significantly reduced with time in high load stress, which presented as the function of time and stress-level. The research results can offer model parameters and design basis for further understanding the creep properties of carbonaceous slates.
