引江济汉水环境补偿工程取水口河工模型试验研究

摘要: 引江济汉水环境补偿工程从长江荆江河段引水至汉江兴隆以下河段,以减免南水北调中线工程调水后汉江兴隆以下河段水量减小的不利影响,改善该河段及东荆河的航运、生态及沿线城镇供水及农业灌溉用水条件,促进汉江下游生态环境的合理保护。该工程取水口拟建于长江中游上荆江龙洲垸河段沮漳河口下 3.34 km 处。通过整体和局部河工模型试验,重点研究了三峡工程蓄水运用后取水口河段河道演变对引水的影响和引水工程布置对该河段河势、水位、流速、流态等变化的影响,以及引水渠进水闸消能、沉沙池沉沙和沉螺池阻螺的效果等,为工程设计提供依据。

Abstract: Through the diversion project from Yangtze River to Han River, water will be diverted from Jingjiang River reach of Yangtze River to lower Xinglong reach of Han River so that the negative impact of water quantity decreased in the lower Xinglong reach of Han River can be reduced, and water environment of the river section as well as the condition of water supply of towns and agricultural irrigation can be all improved. The intake of the project will be built at the site where is apart 3.34 km of Juzhang estuary duwnstream of Longzhouyuan reach in upper Jingjiang River stretch of Yangtze River. Through the whole and the local river engineering model experiments, the effects of river course evolution of the intake reach on the water intake after the operation of the Three Gorges Project are studied. Moreover, influences of the project layout on the river regime of intake reach, water level, flow velocity and flow pattern are analysed. Finally, the effects of energy dissipation of stilling basin of the intake sluice, sediment pool, snail  preventing of snail settled pool and so on, are studied. The results may be adopted in the project design.
