基于主成分分析的洪灾损失影响因子评估

摘要: 为了评估洪灾损失,有针对性地采取相应的防灾减灾措施,选取淮河流域发生洪水灾害较频繁的安徽省几个典型城市作为研究区域,以2007年洪灾为例,在洪水灾害理论的基础上,从致灾因子、孕灾环境、承载体易损性3个方面,选取了7个洪灾损失影响因子,建立评价指标,运用主成分分析法对该区域洪灾损失影响因子进行综合评价。结果表明:降雨量、经济发展水平、人口结构、防洪标准对洪灾损失的影响较大。

Abstract: In order to assess flood losses and take appropriate measures for disaster prevention and mitigation, we adopted principal component analysis to comprehensively assess the factors affecting flood loss. Several cities of Anhui Province subjected to flood disasters in Huaihe river basin are selected as typical examples and flood data in 2007 is taken as a case study. On the basis of flood disaster theory, we select seven flood loss factors from three aspects: disaster-causing factor, disaster environment factor and vulnerability factor, and establish the assessment index system. Results reveal that rainfall, economic development, population structure and flood protection standards have great impact on flood loss.
