鄱阳湖物理模型量测控制系统设计与应用

Measure-Control System in Physical Model of Poyang Lake: Design and Implementation

摘要: 为更好地开展鄱阳湖物理模型试验研究工作,有必要设计及建设一套先进的量测控制系统。作为国内最大的湖泊与江河实体露天模型,对鄱阳湖物理模型测控系统运行的可靠性以及室外的防雷性能提出了更高的要求。测控系统由模型供水系统、流量控制系统、水位、流速测量系统、尾门控制系统、防雷接地系统等量测子系统组成,简要介绍了各测量子系统工作原理、设计方案及实际应用情况。系统应用现代网络技术及高性能自动化测量仪器,成为测控功能较为完善的大型河工物理模型自动化量测控制系统,可实现模型试验中各种参数的实时采集、控制和数据处理。试验结果表明该测控系统可满足模型试验的测控需求。

Abstract: A set of advanced measure-control system is necessary to better carry out research on the physical model of Poyang Lake. As the largest outdoor physical model of lake and river in China, the physical model of Poyang Lake has higher requirements on the reliability of measure-control system and outdoor lightning performance. The measure-control system is composed of water supplying system, flow control system, water level and flow velocity measurement system, tail gate control system, lightning protection and grounding system, topographic survey system and so on. This paper briefly introduces the working principle, design scheme and application of the measuring subsystem. Equipped with modern network technology and high performance automatic measuring instruments, the model is of improved measure-control functions, such as real-time data acquisition, control and data processing of various parameters in the model test. Test results show that the measure-control system could meet the requirements of model test.
