摘要: 水工钢闸门是水工建筑物的主要挡水结构,在服役期受周边环境和运行荷载的影响,将发生防腐涂层剥落、钢板锈蚀、磨损、变形等破损形式。为确保闸门结构安全、满足水工建筑物日常效益的发挥,需对在役水工钢闸门进行科学合理的抽样检测分析和安全鉴定。胥口水利枢纽节制闸安全鉴定基于先进仪器的检测和科学的数据处理分析,为充分发挥闸门的承载能力,采用空间静力有限元对其结构进行强度和刚度复核,评估认定该节制闸钢闸门满足规范要求,能够安全正常使用。

Abstract: As the main water-retaining structure of hydraulic engineering, steel gate in service being impacted by surrounding environment and operation load, will be damaged by coating desquamation, steel plate rusting, attrition, distortion, and so on. It’s important to detect and identify the safety of steel gate. Based on the advanced instruments and data processing, Xukou sluice is simulated and calculated with 3D FEM software to re-check its stiffness and strength. The safety appraisal shows the steel gate of Xukou sluice meets the standard of the current engineering specification.
