采用三维有限元方法，对三板溪水电站溢洪道控制段边墩进行了整体空间应力与变形分析，得到了其典型工况下的整体位移和应力分布规律。根据计算结果，比较分析了锚块颈部伸出段的安装支座部位（锚块耳朵）去掉前后对锚块和闸墩的受力差异，且讨论了锚块底部与闸墩的3种不同接触方式的模型对计算结果的影响。

The stresses and deformation of spillway right - side pier for Sanbanxi Hydropower Station in Guizhou province were analyzed by using 3D - FEM. The rules of whole displacement, deformation and stresses in major parts of the pier were obtained. According to the results calculated by FEM, the effects on stresses with and without the ear of anchor block were compared and discussed, and the different interface modelings between the bottom of anchor block and pier were summarized.
