环境条件对高强混凝土性能影响的试验研究

摘要: 评价了变化的环境条件对新拌和硬化的高强混凝土性能的影响。采用试验室人工模拟的方法,研究了气温(T)、风速(υ)以及相对湿度(RH)对混凝土塑性收缩、抗压强度和孔隙构造的影响。结果表明:暴露的环境条件对新拌和硬化的高强混凝土的性能影响很大。混凝土的水蒸发速率、收缩变形、开裂面积都随着环境温度和风速的增加而增大,随着相对湿度的升高而降低;与低温和高相对湿度相比,塑性收缩裂缝在过高的温度和低相对湿度时开裂得更早,裂缝在有风时比无风时开裂早。拌和及养护的温度高,混凝土抗压强度低。在混凝土试件中,总的粗大孔在40℃浇注和养护时比在30℃浇注和养护时要多。变化的风速和相对湿度对混凝土的抗压强度有一定的影响。

Abstract: The effect of varying environmental conditions in the time of casting and curing on the properties of fresh and hardened high strength concrete(HSC) was evaluated. The method of artificial imitation in the lab was adopted and the influences of air temperature(T), wind velocity(V), and relative humidity(RH) on plastic shrinkage, compressive strength, and pore structure of concrete were investigated. The data developed in this study are represented as follows: Exposure conditions in the time of casting significantly affect the properties of both fresh and hardened concrete. The rate of water evaporation, shrinkage strain and the area of cracks increase with increasing
exposure temperature and wind velocity, and with decreasing relative humidity.
Plastic shrinkage cracks occur earlier in the concrete specimens exposed to elevated temperature and low relative humidity than that exposed to low temperature and high humidity. Similarly, cracks happen earlier in the concrete specimens exposed to windy conditions than those exposed to no wind. Casting and curing of concrete at elevated temperature would decrease its compressive strength. The volume of total pores in the concrete specimens cast and cured at 40℃ is more than that at 30℃. It is certainly affected by changed wind velocity and relative humidity on compressive strength .
