丹江口大坝高水头水泥-化学复合灌浆试验研究

Experimental Research of Cement-chemical Compound Grouting under High Water Head at Danjiangkou Hydro-junction

摘要: 丹江口水利枢纽帷幕补强灌浆系在高水头、细微裂隙发育、反复灌浆条件下进行,补强灌浆难度大。为了探求经济有效的灌浆形式,分析了目前高水头帷幕灌浆方式,详细介绍了现场复合灌浆试验设计方案、关键施工工艺及灌后检查成果;并分别对压水资料、声波测试成果和疲劳压水成果进行分析。结果表明:水泥-化学复合灌浆具有处理效果好、节约投资及节省工期等优点,能有效解决丹江口坝基帷幕补强灌浆问题。

Abstract: The strengthening grouting of Danjiangkou dam heightening project requires great effort because it is carried out in conditions of reservoir high water head, developed micro-fissures and multiple groutings. In order to explore an economic and effective grouting method, current methods of curtain grouting in the presence of high water head are analyzed. On this basis, a detailed introduction of compound grouting test design, key construction technologies and inspection after grouting is given. The test results are analyzed in terms of pressurized water data, acoustic wave test, and fatigue pressurized water. Results reveal that cement-chemical compound grouting is effective, saves investment and shortens construction period. It is a good example for other engineering design and construction for curtain grouting under high head.
