锚杆质量无损检测中的缺陷信息提取方法研究

Method of Extracting Defective Information in Non-destructive Detection of Anchor Quality

摘要: 针对锚杆底部弱反射波信息难以提取的问题,按照现行规范要求的测试技术对岩体模型锚杆进行试验,运用希尔波特变换技术对试验数据进行处理,提取“三瞬信息”。分析结果认为,利用三瞬信息能有效提取缺陷反射波信息,尤其是瞬时频率能较好地拾取反射波的到达时间,极大地提高了锚杆长度评价的准确性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of finding weak reflection signal from the bottom of the anchor, we carried out test on anchor model in accordance with current technique specification, and extracted three instantaneous information, i.e. instantaneous frequency, instantaneous amplitude, and instantaneous phase by the Hilbert transform. Result of the test indicates that the three instantaneous information is effective at picking up the reflection wave information, especially the instantaneous frequency can effectively extract the arrival time of reflection wave, which remarkably enhances the accuracy of anchor length evaluation.              
