三峡工程监测数据快速入库方法研究

摘要: 为了解决三峡工程中由于监测信息量大以及监测资 料格式复杂,直接影响监测信息及时入库这一问题,对监测数据快速入库方法进行了研究。 从三个方面论述了监测数据快速入库方法:一是数据库系统的结构设计要合理 ;二是实施单位报送的监测资料要规范化;三是创建一个快速把监测数据及换算成果输入到 数据库的应用工具。此方法已在三峡工程中得到运用,并在安全施工方面发挥了重要作用。

Abstract: For resolving the problem on entering database of ob servation information in time,which was caused by a huge amount of observed data from a lot of various instrumentations and various forms of file storage of mon itoring information provided by different implemenation divisions,the author ha s studied the method of quickly entering database of monitoring data for TGP in its construction period.The method was expounded from three aspects:(1)the struc ture design of database system must be reasonable;(2)observation information pro vided by implemenation divisions should be standardized;(3)an application tool m ust be set up which can quickly transfer observed data and converted results to the database.This proposed method has been put to a good use in the safety moni toring for TGP.Practice indicates that this system has played an important role in the quickly entering database,analyses and information feedback in time for t ens thousands of monitoring data every month and ensured the safety construction. 
