摘要

传统的PDCA循环方法具有提高产品质量、改善企业运营管理的优点,但也存在着缺乏创造性、缺乏沟通与协作及知识共享、受全面质量管理中“顾客是上帝”思想的局限及缺乏潜在知识挖掘等缺点。基于已有PDCA循环理论,提出了接力链螺旋(Relay Chain Helix,RCH)循环技术,阐述了其运行原理、操作步骤、操作流程及其运行特点。该技术不仅能够解决PDCA循环理论在应用中存在的问题,而且能够提高系统的创造性及提高持续改进的质量与效率。经过在三峡三期工程大坝混凝土施工质量控制中的推行应用,该技术提高了工程质量,使大坝提前9个月全线建成,创造了混凝土大坝无裂缝的施工奇迹。

Abstract

Traditional theory of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) circulation is an important method of raising product quality and improving enterprise’s operation management, but also has shortcomings such as lack of creativity, lack of communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing, lack of tacit knowledge mining, and limited by the ideology of “customer is God” from total quality management (TQM). On the basis of PDCA circulation theory, we present a technology of relay chain helix (RCH) circulation, and elaborate its operation principles, steps, processes and characteristics. This technology overcomes the problems in the application of PDCA circulation theory, and also improves the system’s creativity, the quality and efficiency of continuous improvement. It was applied to the quality control for concrete construction in the third phase of Three Gorges Project, and has improved the project quality. The project was completed 9 months ahead of schedule, which is a miracle of concrete construction with no crack.
