河工模型供水系统变频节能改造能效分析

Analysis on the Energy-Saving Efficiency of Flow Control by Frequency Conversion Regulating for the Water Supply System of River Model Experiment

摘要: 详细分析了河工模型试验供水系统调节阀模式和变频调节模式2种流量控制方式的能耗情况。结果表明,传统调节阀模式能源利用效率低,造成较大的电能浪费和设备的磨损,而采用变频流量调节技术,直接根据流量的大小控制水泵转速, 最大限度节省了供水过程的能耗,平均节能效率高达69%以上,对于能耗较大的河工模型试验供水系统来说,变频调节的节能效益十分显著,具有借鉴和应用推广的价值。

Abstract: The energy consumptions of flow control by regulating valve and by frequency conversion in river model experiment’s water supply system are analyzed in details. Results show that the energy efficiency is lower and the wear of equipment is heavier by traditional regulating valve. On the contrary, by frequency conversion, the rotational speed of pump is directly controlled according to the flow, which saves the energy consumption of the water supply process to the maximum with the average energy saving efficiency up to 69%. The benefit of frequency conversion regulating is remarkable in the water supply system of river model experiment with high energy consumption. It’s of great value to be applied and popularized.
