减轻立堵截流难度措施研究进展

摘要: 立堵截流难度包括抛石稳定性问题、截流规模问题、截流安全度问题。抛石稳定性涉及龙口水力因素、基础与抛投材料因素、人为因素等;截流规模涉及河道水文特性、分流条件等;截流安全度涉及堤头坍塌等。基于各影响因素及关联要素分析,归纳了减轻立堵截流难度的措施及其运用条件,包括提高导流建筑物分流能力及优化分流特性、双戗截流适用条件及落差分配控制、宽戗效应机理及其运用、增强截流块体抗冲稳定、平抛垫底提高截流安全度及其梯级调度、优化抛投方式、增大抛投强度等,探讨了深厚软基覆盖层条件下立堵截流存在的问题及其应对措施。

Abstract: The vertical closure difficulty can be divided into three key problems such as dumped rock-block stability, river closure scale and safety degree of river closure. Dumped rock-block stability involves several hydraulic parameters, such as closure gap, river foundation and closure materials, human elements etc. River closure scale involves the river hydrology peculiarity and diversion condition etc. Degree of safety primarily relates to the embankment head collapse etc. In this article, by analyzing all influencing factors and their correlation degrees, the measures to reduce the difficulty of vertical closure are summarized such as the optimization of diversion capacity, head fall distribution and control of river closure with double embankments, wide banch effect and application, strengthening anti-scour stability of closure blocks, enhancing closure safety degrce by dumping cushion layer on the river bed, as well as cascade reservoir regulation, dumping method optimization and increasing dumping intensity etc. In addition, related problems and countermeasures of vertical closure under the condition of deep soft-foundation coverage layer are discussed.
