三峡工程f1096断层复合灌浆处理技术

摘要: 介绍了三峡工程f1096断层在深孔达103 m的高压复合灌浆处理施工工艺,从化学灌浆材料、化学灌浆设备和工艺3个方面研究了如何加固渗透系数低、孔隙有水的岩石断层破碎带和软弱夹层,使之满足工程需要。通过复合灌浆,f1096断层破碎带的变形模量由200~500 MPa提高到>8 GPa;平均透水率由24.4~140.23 Lu下降为<1 Lu。该断层已达到“变形模量E≥8 GPa(其保证率不低于85%)、灌后压水透水率q≤1 Lu”等多方面整体综合评定的设计要求。在施工中应用的新材料、新设备、新工艺值得在水电工程中推广应用。

Abstract: The treating technique of high pressure composite groutig at fault f1096 lying in the depth of 103 m of TGP is presented. How to decrease permeability coefficient, and to reinforce the cracked zone of fault with pore - water and soft interlayer to meet requirements of engineering from the three aspects of chemical grouting materials, chemical grouting equipment and construction techniques were studied. Through composite
grouting, the deformation modulus of cracked zone of fault was enhanced from 200-300 MPa to more than 8 GPa, and the average permeability rate decreased from 24.4-140.23 Lu to less than 1.0 Lu. These indexes, i.e., deformation modulus E≥8 GPa and permeability rate after grouting q≤1.0 Lu etc., reach design requirements.
