摘要: 梯子洞水电站河床立堵截流的成功经验表明:对于山区小河流,充分考虑其水文特性及梯级调度实际,可有效降低截流设计流量(由58 m3/s降至16 m3/s)及减小截流落差;增大渗透流量及提高施工强度亦可降低截流难度。而没有将其它相关工程与导流洞综合考虑的教训也是深刻的。

Abstract: The successful experience on end-dumping river closure for the Tizidong Hydropower Station indicated that for small rivers in mountainous areas, to fully consider the hydrographic features and practical regulation of a step hydropower station on its upstream can effectively lower the closure discharge(lowered from 58 m3/s to 16 m3/s) and decrease the closure drop; meantime, to increase seepage discharge and to enhanee construction strengths can also lower the closure difficulty. But a deep lesson without synthetically considering the design of both the diversion tennel and related structures needs to be drawn.
