竹条加筋土的大尺寸直剪试验研究

Large-scale Direct Shear Test on Soil Reinforced with Bamboo Slats

摘要: 为确定竹条加筋砂土的筋土界面工作机理,进行了大尺寸直剪试验。将厚度为5 mm的竹材分别制成长度为20,40,60 mm,宽度为10 mm的竹条,并分别按0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%的质量百分含量加入到砂土中,对加入竹条的砂土进行大尺寸直剪试验研究。结果表明:与纯砂相比,竹条加筋土的抗剪强度明显增强,峰值强度和残余强度均有所提高;竹条加筋土的黏聚力和内摩擦角均有所增加,其中黏聚力变化较大,内摩擦角变化较小;竹条加筋土的峰值抗剪强度随着竹条尺寸和竹条加筋率的增加呈现先增加后减小的规律;尺寸为10 mm×40 mm且质量百分含量为0.8%的竹条加筋砂土效果最佳。

Abstract: Bamboo slats (thickness of 5mm, width of 10mm, and length of 20, 40, 60mm respectively) were added into soil in different mass percentage contents (0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, and 1.2%). Then large-scale direct shear test was carried out on the soils reinforced with the bamboo slats to investigate the reinforcement mechanism. Results reveal that compared with pure sand, the shear strength of reinforced soil is obviously improved, the peak strength and residual strength are increased; and also cohesion and friction angle have increased, among which cohesion increased greatly; the peak shear strength of reinforced soil increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing size and percentage of bamboo slats; the optimal size of bamboo slat is 10mm×40mm and the optimal ratio of reinforcement is 0.8%.
