水泥品质与抗裂性的灰色关联分析

摘要: 从水泥品质角度试验研究了水泥的抗裂性。利用灰色关联分析原理,对水泥各个品质指标因子进行主次分析。分析结果表明C2S含量对水泥抗裂性影响最大,成正比例关系,而C3S含量与水泥抗裂性负相关;从灰色关联分析结果的绝对值来看,影响水泥净浆开裂时间的因子排序为:C2S含量>比表面积>C3A含量>C3S含量>C4AF含量。

Abstract: On the basis of the theory of grey connection analysis, the correlation between the qualities and crack resistance of cement is experimentally studied. The results show that the content of C2S, which affects the crack resistance of cement maximally, has a positive interconnection with the crack resistance of cement, and the content of C3S has a negative interconnection. The sequence of factors that affect the cracking time of cement paste is C2S content>specific surface area >C3A content>C3S content>C4AF content.
