石灰石粉用作碾压混凝土掺和料的试验研究

摘要: 研究掺20%,30%,40%石灰石粉的碾压混凝土的和易性、力学性能、变形性能、热学性能、耐久性、层面结合等特性,分析石灰石粉在碾压混凝土中的作用机理。试验结果表明:石灰石粉掺和料对碾压混凝土的和易性、抗渗、抗冻性能影响较小,随石粉掺量的增加,碾压混凝土的凝结时间变短、强度降低、干缩增大、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能与层面结合强度降低,但其绝热温升降低、自生体积变形减小、早期抗压强度略高。石灰石粉作碾压混凝土掺和料在工程实践中具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,应用前景广阔。

Abstract: Workability, mechanical properties, deformation performances, thermal behaviors, durability and combination between layers of RCC with containing limestone powder of 20%, 30% and 40% were researched, and the action mechanism of limestone powder in RCC was analyzed. The test results showed that the influence of the limestone admixture on workability, impermeability, antifreeze performance is little, and that with the increase of the limestone powder content, the setting time of RCC is shortened, the adiabatic temperature rise and strength are reduced, the drying shrinkage and autogenous volume deformation are increased, the sulphate resistance property and the combination strength between layers are reduced. Limestone powder used? for RCC admixture in engineering practice has excellent economic, social benefits and wide prospects.
