南方红壤丘陵区是我国水土流失最严重的区域之一。通过回顾 20 多年南方红壤丘陵区水土保持工作历程及成效，综合分析该区域水土流失综合治理技术体系，指出目前治理技术体系存在缺乏针对南方红壤丘陵区相关技术规范和标准、具体实施标准不一等问题，建议尽快制定南方红壤丘陵区水土流失综合治理技术标准及建立相关机制。

Hilly red soil regions in the south of China are one of the most serious water and soil loss regions in China. After reviewing the history and effect of soil and water conservation in hilly red soil regions in the south of China briefly, the comprehensive management technique system of water and soil losses in the region is discussed deeply. Some problems in the comprehensive management technique system are pointed out, which there is no national standard for hilly red soil region in the south of China, and no a same standard is adopted in actual implement. Establishing national technique standard and related mechanism about comprehensive management for hill red soil regions in the south of China as soon as possible are proposed.
