摘要

介绍了基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2812的水轮机微机调节器的设计原理和实现过程。利用DSP芯片自带的同步采样ADC模块,实现了同步采样,并完成了对各种模拟量的准确测量;利用DSP的高速输入功能,实现了频率的精确测量;通过PID和最优控制的方法,得到精确的控制信号输出;同时利用DSP芯片上的串行通信接口SCI和CAN控制器接口,实现了多机之间和与上位机之间的调试和监控通信。

Abstract

The paper introduces the design principle and practical process of a hydraulic turbine regulator based on the chip DSP marked TMS320LF2812. Its fundamental functions are: to realize synchronous sampling to complete the accurate measurement for many kinds of simulation quantities using the synchronous sampling ADC module within the chip DSP; to bring about precision survey of frequency to utilize the high speed input function of the chip DSP; to obtain precision control signal output through PID and the optimum control method; and to accomplish the debugging on-line and the monitoring communication between multi-machine and super-position machine using the communication connection SCI in series and the CAN connection on the chip.
