摘要: 钱塘江杭州市城市防洪堤工程局部堤段采用抛石填江形式兴建。工程承受强水动力的作用及河床冲刷剧烈的影响,其基础抛填厚度大,地质条件复杂。经过采用基础强夯密实、地基土加筋、塑料排水板及防冲钢筋砼板桩等技术的综合 处理,较好地解决了防洪堤的堤基冲刷、基础不均匀沉降、地基液化等难题。完工后该堤的实际沉降比设计计算值要小得多,且无明显的不均匀沉降。

Abstract: The rubble mound revetment dike was applied to construct a partial flood protection works of Hangzhou City in Qiantang River. Due to strong hydrodymamic effect, excessive river bed scour, great depth of bulk backfill and complex geologic conditions, synthetic treatment techniques for resolving these prblems including dynamic compaction, reinforced soil foundation, plastic drainage board and reinforced concrete sheet-pile etc., were adopted. Through employing these measures, the problems on flow erosion, non-unform settlements of foundation and liquefaction of soil were resolved successfully. After the works completed, the measured settlements were much less than the computed values of design, and there were no distimct non-uniform setflements in the works range.
