摘要: 运用当今先进的地理信息网络发布系统ARCIMS和网络技术,对长江中下游的防汛调度信息系统提出了一个构架。在进行流域内电子地图的处理及建立信息数据库的基础上,通过WEBGIS实现在地图上对水文信息、水库信息、堤防信息、分蓄洪区信息、调度信息等实时查询调用,辅以调度方案的直观演示,以提高防汛期间专家决策的正确性和准确性。

Abstract: Using the advanced geographic information issuance system ARCIMS and network techniques, a basic architecture for flood control and dispatch information system of Yangtze River's middle and lower reaches is proposed. On the basis of handling the electronic data map and building the GIS database, applying Web GIS can achieve the real-time queries and transfers of hydrologic messages, reservoir messages, dike messages, flood diversion area messages, dispatch messages, etc., on map. At the same time, through showing on the Yangtze River flood dispatch alteratives intuitively by the computer cartoon, all these may help experts to make the decision correctly and quickly during the flood period.
