摘要: 为了发挥可编程计算机控制器的技术特点,在充分考虑了PLC和IPC两种水轮机调速器优点的基础上,提出了一种计算机硬件平台为可编程计算机控制器(PCC)的新型调速器。其调节器由PP41控制机、模拟量输入模块AI354、输出模块AO352、开关量输入模块DI138、RS232接口模块IF311组成。PP41的主处理器采用摩托罗拉芯片68322,为32位CPU。该产品具备了全可编程调速器的硬件可靠性,同时也具有大容量和高速性,可以预见PCC水轮机调速器将具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract: For giving play to the technical characteristic of a programmable computer controller (PCC), and on the basis of full considering the advantages of both PLC and IPC tubine governors, a new type governor which uses computer hard platform as a programmable computer controller (PCC) was proposed. The regulating apparatus consists of a PP41 controller, an AI354 input module with four-channel analogs, an AO352 output module with two-channel analogs, DI138 input module with ten-channel switching signals and a RS232 interface module marked IF321. The main treatment instrument of PP41 uses chip 68322 produced by Motorola Co. with 32 bit CPU. The product not only possesses the hardware reliability of PLC governor, but also has the large capacity and high speed of industry PC governor. It can be predicated that PCC hydraulic turbine governor has wide application prospects.
