粉体喷射搅拌桩桩身质量分析研究

摘要: 在分析具体工程实例的基础上,从粉体喷射搅拌法的加固机理、施工工艺和质量检验方法3个方面,对粉喷桩桩身质量不均匀的原因进行了比较详细的分析和阐述。研究指出:此种桩桩身强度在竖向和径向都是不均匀的;用粉体喷射搅拌法进行软土地基处理的有效深度为10 m。

Abstract: On the basis of engineering example analysis, the cause of unevenness in quality of dry jet mixing pile shaft was detailedly analysed and explained from reinforcement mechanism, construction technology and quality test respectively. The study results indicated that the strengths of dry jet mixing pile shaft either in vertical direction or in radial direction are uneven, and the effective depth in treating soft foundation by dry jet mixing method is limited to 10 meter. This result may offer reference for other projects.
