摘要

目前大部分的混凝土坝施工模拟是在假定混凝土的拌和与运输是工期的主要控制因素,且仓面施工不控制施工进度的前提下建立的。通过建立模型对平层仓面施工工艺进行过程模拟,并结合工程实例,分析了在不同仓面下碾压混凝土坝平层浇筑仓面的施工进度情况,证实仓面施工工艺同样对施工进度有较大影响,考虑仓面施工工艺的模型更加真实地反映了碾压混凝土坝的浇筑过程。

Abstract

Most of the current simulation on concrete dam construction is based on the assumption that the construction period is mainly controlled by concrete mixing and transportation instead of by concrete placement surface construction. By establishing a model which simulates the flat placement surface construction, we analyzed the construction progress of roller compacted concrete dam with flat-spread technique in the presence of different placement surfaces. We demonstrated that the placement technique also has large influence on the construction progress. This model more truly reflects the concrete placement for roller compacted concrete dams.
