In order to standardize the publication of online journals, publish the authors' research achievements more quickly and effectively, and improve the dissemination efficiency and utilization value of academic papers, the Journal of Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute has signed a “CAJ-N Network First Release Academic Journal Cooperative Publishing Agreement” with China Academic Journals (CD-ROM Edition) Electronic Magazine Co., Ltd.
Through the formal publication on “China Academic Journals (Network Edition)” (CAJ-N), the network version of papers is officially published. Starting from January 1, 2018, once the author agrees, all papers submitted and accepted by our journal (final accepted drafts) will be first published on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) network edition, and then published in the printed version on a regular monthly basis, depending on the typesetting arrangement. In response to the digital publishing transformation of our journal, a statement on the first release of accepted final drafts on the network is issued. The manuscript should be in WORD format, and the formatting requirements are detailed in the “Paper Submission Template” of our journal.
CAJ-N is a continuous network publication composed of various academic journals in China. It is approved by the National Press and Publication Administration, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, hosted by Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd., and published by China Academic Journals (CD-ROM Edition) Electronic Magazine Co., Ltd.
Each network-first-released paper will be assigned a unique international DOI code, and this DOI will remain unchanged during version changes. According to the regulations on the management of online continuous publications, the network first release paper is considered an officially published paper and cannot be withdrawn once published. The editorial office of our journal and CNKI Electronic Magazine Co., Ltd. jointly issue a network first release certificate for the authors of the paper. The authors can download or print the paper and certificate from “China National Knowledge Infrastructure” and submit them to relevant departments such as human resources and research management as officially published papers.
