    Journal of CRSRI consecutively indexed by CSCD core
  •     In June 2023, the China National Center for Science and Technology Evaluation released the “Report on the Selection of Source Journals for the China Science Citation Database (CSCD) for the Year 2023-2024.” After quantitative analysis and expert review, the Journal of Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute (CRSRI), has been included in the CSCD core database for the years 2023-2024. This marks the journal's third consecutive inclusion by CSCD since 2019. 

        

        The China Science Citation Database (CSCD) is the first citation database in China, covering fields such as natural sciences, engineering, technology, and medicine. It plays an important role in discovering important scientific research achievements in China and tracking the research process. CSCD works in collaboration with Clarivate Analytics and Elsevier, making it the only literature database in China that partners with Web of Science (SCI) and Scopus, promoting Chinese journals on a global scale. 


        Among the domestically authoritative core journal databases, the Journal of CRSRI has been included in a number of Core Journals, including the Chinese Core Journal (known as “Peking University Core Journal”) and the Chinese Science and Technology Core Journal Catalog (known as “Science and Technology Core”) for many years. Its continuous selection as a core journal in CSCD signifies its status as a “Triple Core” journal. 


        The Journal of CRSRI adheres to the principle of serving economic development through scientific and technological advances, adopting a scientific and pragmatic attitude. With the aim of developing water conservancy science, expanding scientific exchanges, promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements, and serving the water resources and hydropower industry in the Yangtze River Basin, it has been recognized as an outstanding journal in the national water conservancy system and a high-quality journal in Hubei Province. It has also been designated as one of the most influential academic journals in Hubei Province and has received funding from the Chutian Excellent Action Plan for Hubei Province’s science and technology journals.
