摘要: 由于采用现有装置对水泥基材料在不同环境 下的变形性能进行研究存在许多不足之处,因此开发出一种多环境下水泥基材料体积变形在 线监测仪。本仪器采用环境模拟技术,激光、电涡流测微技术及传动系统实现在多环境下, 对多组试件进行非接触式变形自动化监测,并利用自行设计的模具,可带模测试,使其适合 早期体积变形试验。本仪器适用范围广(如:玻璃、陶瓷、墙体材料等)且具有测试成本低 、高精度、智能化的优点。

Abstract: There exist many insufficiencies with existing device s used for measuring cement - based material volume deformation under different environments. Therefore, through comparing and analyzing some measuring meanses for cement - based material volume deformation at home and abroad, a continuous on line monitor for cement - based material volume deformation based on multiple environments is developed. This device is designed by the environmental simulation technology, micro - distance measuring technologies of laser and eddy current, an d transmission setup used for monitoring the deformation of multi - group sample s. This device can be used widely, such as glass, ceramics, walling material, and so on, with a high precision, low testing cost, and intellectualization.
