高坝洲工程RCC坝段防渗聚合物砂浆试验研究

Test study on polymer cement mortar for anti-seepage in RCC dam section of Gaobazhou Project

摘要: 对CKB聚合物砂浆的力学性能、变形性能、抗碳化性能、抗渗性能、 抗冻性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,其28 d龄期抗压强度为34.0~63.2 MPa, 抗折强度为7.5~11.7 MPa,抗拉强度3.2~7.4 MPa,粘接强度为2.9~3.9 MPa,抗渗标号达S15以上,抗碳化性能和抗冻性能优良。为确保施工质量和达到设计要求,推荐施工配合比为水灰比0.24,灰砂比1∶2,聚灰比12%,并提出了便于施工的施工工艺。

Abstract: Test research on the properties of CKB polymer cement mortar, such as mechanics, deformation, anti-carbonization, anti-seepage and anti-freeze, was performed. The test results showed that, at 28 d age, its compression strength is 34.0-63.2 MPa; bending strength, 7.5-11.7 MPa; tensile strength, 3.2-7.4 MPa; Cohesion strength, 2.9-3.9 MPa; its anti-seepage label is over S15; and it possesses excellent anti-carbonization and anti-freeze properties. For securing construction quality and achieving requirements of design, its recommendary mix proportion in construction is as follows: cement-water ratio equals 0.24;cement-sand ratio, 1∶2; polymer-cement ratio 12%. Some construction techniques are proposed.
