Some Ideas on Assessment and Control of Water Tightness Effectin Huangdao Oil Storage Cavern

摘要: 针对地下水封洞库水封效果评价和控制存在的几个问题,首先讨论了有关规范中对洞库围岩渗透性要求和洞库渗水量要求之间存在的矛盾,认为岩体渗透性指标不需如规范那么严格,就可以达到洞库渗水量控制要求。随后,指出了黄岛国家石油储备库工程围岩灌浆效果压水试验检测的评判标准过于宽松,并讨论了制定评判指标需要考虑的因素。最后,通过分析指出水幕系统可以在洞库上方形成稳定的水压力场,是天然地下水不能发挥水封效果时的补充。计算模拟结果表明当天然水位降低到一定程度后,只有水幕系统也能起到水封效果,10 m间距的水幕孔能够形成180kPa的连续的等水压线,洞库上方能够形成稳定且有一定水力梯度的渗流场。

Abstract: For the existing problems in the assessment and control of water tightness effect in underground water-sealed cavern, the author discussed the contradiction between the requirement of rock mass hydraulic conductivity and the requirement of inflow quantity towards storage cavern prescribed in relevant specifications. It is unnecessary to demand that the hydraulic conductivity of rock mass should be so low to meet the control of inflow quantity towards storage cavern. Then it is pointed out that the judgment criterion for detecting the grouting quality by packer tests is too loose for Huangdao national oil storage cavern project, and the factors need to be considered for establishing judgment criteria are presented. Lastly, the author pointed out that a stable water pressure field can be generated by the water curtain system. The water curtain system is a supplement in the case when the natural groundwater cannot take effect of water tightness. Results of seepage numerical modeling suggest that the water curtain system alone can also have the water tightness effects even when the level of natural groundwater is low. A continuous water pressure isoline of 180 kPa can be formed provided that the spacing of water curtain borehole is 10 m, so a stable water pressure field with hydraulic gradient can be formed above the storage caverns.
