Design and Construction of Seepage Control for the 50m High Earth Dam of Liufengshan Reservoir

摘要: 针对广西第一高土坝——六凤山水库大坝的除险加固防渗工程,分析了该工程的地质条件和土坝特点,提出了几种设计方案,并通过比选采用了塑性砼心墙防渗方案。介绍了塑性砼心墙的施工方案、施工机械选择及施工工序等技术问题。并针对由于该土坝填筑质量差、砂性较强而造成施工过程中屡次出现塌孔的现象,提出了一系列处理措施,使得塑性砼心墙的施工得以顺利完成。其施工技术可为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract: In the reinforcement design for Liufengshan Reservoir dam, the tallest earth dam in Guangxi, we selected a seepage control scheme of plastic concrete core wall in the light of the engineering geological conditions and characteristics of the earth dam. Moreover, inadequate filling compaction quality and large sand content of the dam usually resulted in hole collapses during the construction of the impermeable plastic concrete core wall. We adopted a series of countermeasures, including increasing the slurry's density and adding sawdust in the slurry, filling grouting, and high-pressure rotary jet grouting. In addition, we described the construction program of plastic concrete core wall and the selection of construction machinery used in the project. It could be taken as reference for similar projects.
