摘要: 混凝土结构的裂缝是不可避免的,产生裂缝的原因错综复杂,形式多样。大坝砼面板的裂缝直接影响到面板的耐久性和使用寿命,进行适当处理十分必要。介绍了某工程砼面板裂缝的分布及其特点,初步分析了形成裂缝的原因;参考类似工程的经验,提出了两类裂缝的不同处理标准;介绍了裂缝处理的 4 种主要材料的性能指标和适用范围;阐述了 2 类裂缝处理的施工工艺、质量控制及效果检测。

Abstract:  Cracks in concrete structures are unavoidable, the reasons occurring cracks are complex, and their forms are multiplex. Because cracks in the dam concrete panels would directly affect the durability and service life of the panel, appropriate treatment is necessary. The paper introduces the distribution and characteristics of cracks on the concrete panels of some project, gives a preliminary analysis on the formation of cracks ; it refers the experience of similar projects, proposes different treatment standards of two types of cracks ; and it describes the performance indexes and their application scopes of four major materials used in concrete crack treatment, and represents the construction processes, quality controls and effectiveness detection of two types of cracks.
