摘要: 针对工程爆破振动记录仪不断提出的新要求,利用无线网络技术,设计了新一代的工程爆破振动无线网络化记录仪。记录仪采用ARM为主控芯片的嵌入式操作系统,关键技术在于内嵌移动通讯模块无线实时传输爆破数据,用户仅需在终端用户界面登陆即可获取爆破现场的实时数据,并能在线远程设置爆破记录仪参数。工程爆破振动无线网络化记录仪实现了对爆破振动的无线实时监测,大大降低人工现场布线工作量,组网灵活、可扩展性好、综合成本低,可广泛应用于各个领域的工程爆破振动监测。

Abstract: In view of the continuously updated requirements of engineering blasting vibration monitoring, the new generation of engineering blasting vibration recorder is proposed on the basis of modern wireless network technology. ARM embedded operating system is used, and the wireless real-time transmission of blasting data can be achieved by the embedded mobile communication module. The real time blasting data can be obtained just by logging in the end-user interface, and the blasting recorder parameters can be set online remotely. This recorder can be widely applied to blasting vibration monitoring in various fields because of reduced manual workload of field wiring, network flexibility, good scalability and low cost.
