丹江口大坝加高新老混凝土结合面工程措施数值分析

Numerical Analysis on Measures for Bonding Interface Between Fresh and Hardened Concrete in Heightening Project of Danjiangkou Dam

摘要: 结合丹江口大坝加高工程2坝段施工过程,采用三维非线性有限元方法,研究新老混凝土结合面间设置键槽及锚筋的工程措施对新老混凝土结合状态的影响。研究认为:新老混凝土结合面能有效传力,设置键槽后新老坝体的变形协调性更好,设置锚筋能进一步加强新老坝体的联系。在年气温水温变化影响下,新老混凝土间的联系越强,对上游坝踵越不利。

Abstract: Based on the heightening construction of No.2 dam section of Danjiangkou dam, we analyze the effect of key grooves and anchor bars on the bonding interface between fresh and hardened concrete through 3D non-linear finite element simulation computation. The results show that setting key grooves on the surface between fresh and hardened concrete  can transfer force effectively and facilitate the coordination of dam deformation. Anchor bar can further strengthen the links between fresh and hardened concrete. Due to annual variation of atmospheric temperature and water temperature, tighter links between fresh and hardened concrete are disadvantageous to the tensile stress at upstream dam heel.
